IT Security & Technology M&A Veteran Brings More Than 25 Years Investment Banking and Finance Experience to Lumeta Board

Lumeta, the leading provider of network assurance solutions for enterprises and government agencies, today announced that Scot Sedlacek, a veteran of the technology finance and investment banking world with more than 25 years of industry experience, has joined Lumeta’s board of directors.
Sedlacek was a managing director with Jefferies & Company's Technology Investment Banking Group, Jefferies Broadview (JBV), one of the largest banking teams dedicated to information technology, communications, and digital media businesses. At JBV, Sedlacek formerly led the IT security team and specialized in providing merger and acquisition advisory services to enterprise software clients on more than 100 transactions blue chip technology companies and tier-one private equity firms. He previously served on the Board of Directors of Broadview International through its acquisition by Jefferies & Co. and was co-head of the firm's Software and Services global market group. Sedlacek currently serves on the Strategic Advisory Board of Jefferson Partners, a Toronto-based venture capital firm focused on technology investing, and Security Growth Partners, an investment firm focused on early stage companies in the IT security sector.
