Susan Tweedy Tapped as Lumeta’s Vice President of Global Alliances

Somerset, NJ– November 29, 2006 - Lumeta, the leading provider of network assurance solutions for enterprises and government agencies, today announced the appointment of Susan Tweedy as Vice President of Global Alliances. Tweedy will be responsible for leading the development and global expansion of the Lumeta Network Assurance Partner Program. In her new position, Tweedy will help drive sales by supporting solution partners offering Lumeta's industry-leading network assurance solution, IPsonar.

The Lumeta Network Assurance Partner Program is an alliance of leaders in the network security and network management markets. The program aligns Lumeta with other industry leaders to deliver world-class solutions that improve network security, mitigate risk, and ensure regulatory compliance.   Lumeta's IPsonar technology enables partners to deliver solutions that optimize their clients' network infrastructures, bring network assets under management, measure the effectiveness of security policies and controls, evaluate network performance, and streamline network configuration and change processes. Lumeta is committed to partnering with a select range of technology vendors and solution providers that will deliver the highest levels of value to the marketplace.

Tweedy brings Lumeta more than 17 years of experience   developing and managing corporate growth strategies through strategic alliances, channel sales and professional services. She joins Lumeta from Logical Apps, a business controls automation software provider, where she was the vice president of strategic channel sales and alliances. Prior to Logical Apps, Tweedy worked with industry leaders such as BMC Software, Andersen's Business Consulting Practice, Peregrine Systems, Remedy, Epicor, Deloitte and Touche and IBM.

In her new role, Tweedy will drive the growth of the Lumeta Network Assurance Partner Program and build the company's global network of strategic relationships, which consists of:

• Strategic Partners : Provide out-of-the-box solutions for integrating, bundling and shipping Lumeta-based products along with value-added solutions.
• Reseller Partners : Deliver a single-source solution of consulting services, software licenses, hardware platforms and deployment expertise.
• Technology Partners : (ISVs and SIs) Integrate complementary 3 rd party products and services with Lumeta products.
